Van Buren is the restaurant of the Oranje Hotel Leeuwarden - Hampshire Eden. At Van Buren, tasting is the central theme. That is the reason that you can order all wines as well by bottle as by glass and that is why all main courses are also available in half portions. We change our menu every two months, in order to be always able to serve you the best products of the season.
